Please recommend magnesium. What small pill is good for preventing eye twitching?
Please recommend something. I have difficulty swallowing pills, so I prefer soft, chewy tablets.
I'm looking for magnesium, either in capsule form or liquid form.
It's not as much as I thought. I'm looking for a high dose of 350mg magnesium.
What do you all take for magnesium? ^^
