As menopause approached, menopause arrived as well. After experiencing irregular periods for about a year until menopause, I finally reached complete menopause.
After not having marital relations for about a year, we finally did it again after a year, but it was extremely painful and the pain was severe, making it very distressing. Since that day, I have continued to experience inflammation.
I'm curious about how to manage the vagina after menopause.
