How many times a day do you use artificial tears?

I often feel that my eyes are very dry and gritty.
Sometimes I also feel a sense of foreignness or something unfamiliar.
Whenever that happens, I think the only thing I can do is put in artificial tears.
Perhaps because of this, I end up using artificial tears very frequently throughout the day.
I'm wondering if there is an appropriate recovery amount!
