Seriously, I think it's because of my age that my chronic fatigue has gotten worse these days.
In particular, I feel like I don't feel refreshed in the morning because of fatigue.
Around 2-4pm, I really feel lethargic and have no energy.
What should I do in times like this to feel stronger and relieve my fatigue?
And, will chronic fatigue be relieved if I sleep more than 8 hours?
Are there any good medicines or nutritional supplements for recovering from fatigue?
