Could lethargy be a side effect of suffering from an acute illness?

I ate a puffer fish course meal 3 days ago and got a sudden indigestion.
After working out in the morning, I went to a cafe with a friend to drink coffee because it was hot. There was air conditioning and I drank cold coffee, so I felt a little cold. And I ate a lot for lunch, so I wasn't hungry in the evening.
I went to eat a pufferfish course meal for dinner.
Since it came out as a course, there were many types of food and the menu was diverse, so it was really delicious.
I ate a lot, but since I usually eat a lot, it wasn't that strange, right? I felt full... I was fine at the restaurant, but after getting home and eating for 30 minutes to an hour, I felt full.
I heard this.
I had a sudden attack and was in so much pain, exhaustion, and agony. I threw up everything I'd eaten... I was in so much pain. I thought, "This is how people faint."
The family I ate with were all fine, but I... felt a bit cold since morning.
I'm a good eater, so I've never had any trouble with it, but this was my first time experiencing it.
I have abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, and body tremors and chills.
Now, everything that was urgent is better.
However, I was feeling better and was eating well, but I felt like I was losing energy and my hands and feet were numb, just like when I had a cold.
That's why I feel like I have lost a lot of energy now.
As you get older, your constitution changes and once you get sick, it lasts a long time... Is it because recovery is delayed?
Should I say I'm lethargic? I feel listless, powerless, and everything is a bother... Why is that?
I suffered from a sudden illness all day... Is it because I was so sore all at once, and I lost all my energy? Is it temporary? Is it the aftereffects of a sudden illness? If it is, how long will it last?
There's no particular reason, but I'm not in my usual condition and I feel lethargicㅜㅜ
I'm not the type to nap well... I'm fine in the morning, but why do I feel so weak and lethargic in the afternoon?
What should I do when I feel lethargic, exhausted, and have no energy?ㅜㅜ
I wasn't like that, but suddenly I feel so tired and lethargic, so I'm really worried and worried.
