Actually, I went to an ophthalmologist and got a prescription for artificial tears like Diquas.
When I go to the ophthalmologist, he always says that I should use eye compresses instead of just using artificial tears.
Actually, I didn't do it because it was annoying and I didn't think it would matter much.
But I tried it by chance and it really works. Eye compress.
Even just using a steam towel or a steam eye mask like those sold at All Young can help.
What really helps is to apply a steaming paste to melt the oil glands under the eyes.
There is no need for any devices that emit electromagnetic waves.
If it's just a set of grains and herbs like the Eye Serum Set, it will sufficiently melt the oil glands in your eyes.
I regret not listening to the ophthalmologist all this time.
