Question) Is it okay to take red ginseng even if I have a blood heat constitution?

It's not pure red ginseng extract, but a health functional food containing some percentage of red ginseng.
My groom received it from an acquaintance saying, "Let's eat together," but I have a body type that runs a high fever.
I remember my mom telling me not to eat ginseng or red ginseng since I was young.
If I eat it again, I feel like my fever slightly rises, and there are many debates about whether to eat or not to eat.
I'm wondering if people with a hot constitution can take red ginseng.
