Concern about facial eczema

The itching from facial eczema keeps getting worse, and the ointment doesn't seem to work.

At first, the hospital prescribed medication for injection dermatitis, but the symptoms continued to worsen.

When I went to another hospital, they said it was facial dermatitis.

I don't know if it was because of the initial incorrect treatment or if I'm improving even with treatment.

My face is very itchy and painful, and I also have a feverish sensation with my face turning very red.

Is it okay to just apply ointment and moisturize? Are there other treatment options?
