My husband is now 50 years old.
I usually don't do work that uses my arms a lot. (Office work)
They said their right shoulder hurts when they exercise or sleep in an unusual position, starting about 1-2 years ago.
Recently, my pain has worsened and I have difficulty moving my arm, so I went to an orthopedic hospital and was diagnosed with shoulder tendinitis.
I'm worried because there are various treatment options, but they say it's not well treated.
