Hello! I am usually very interested in health management, so I exercise regularly and take nutritional supplements. Recently, I have been suffering a lot from chronic fatigue over the past few months, so I wanted to share my concerns.
I am in my late twenties and a working professional, but lately I’ve been really struggling with chronic fatigue. Even after getting enough sleep, I still feel tired and my concentration has decreased, which is affecting my daily life. I’ve also had medical tests done, but nothing abnormal was found, so I’m feeling even more frustrated.ㅜㅜ
It seems to have started in the second half of last year, but I don't feel refreshed even after waking up in the morning, and my body feels heavy all day long. At first, I thought it might be due to work stress or the change of seasons, so I took a vacation and rested thoroughly, but it didn't really improve. Instead, it seems to be getting worse over time, so I'm worried.
Especially around 2 to 3 PM, I become extremely sleepy and tired to the point that I can't endure it. Caffeine no longer works as effectively as before, and even if I sleep 12 hours on weekends, I still feel tired on Monday.
So, I tried to improve my sleep pattern by going to bed before 11 o'clock and reducing my caffeine intake. I also lowered the intensity of my exercise, focusing on light walks or yoga. I tried various supplements like magnesium, iron, and multivitamins, but I haven't noticed any significant effects.
I am posting this because I want to return to a healthy daily life.
