There are bumps on my arms and neck, should I go to the hospital?

I wore short sleeves and engaged in outdoor activities all week. However, perhaps because the weather has suddenly become hot lately, small bumps have appeared on my arms and neck. They are itchy and distracting, and I keep touching them. Could this be a sun allergy or something similar? It seems like the affected area has expanded and the bumps haven't gone away. I'm wondering if I should definitely visit a hospital for these symptoms.
