I have Crohn's disease and smoked a cigarette... I have symptoms now, is it okay?

I am someone suffering from Crohn's disease.

Yesterday, I had some stressful things happen, so I couldn't hold back and smoked a cigarette.
Inflammation is usually present to some extent, but I have been doing well without any symptoms so far.

But after smoking, my stomach felt a bit heavy and painful, and I also felt a foreign body sensation in my throat.

It's not a serious pain, but I keep worrying and feeling uneasy...

I'm not sure if it's because of smoking or if it's just temporary.
I'm wondering if it will get better with time or if I should go to the hospital right away.
If anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate your advice.
