(Question) Does mild cognitive impairment progress to dementia over time?

Lately, I have been experiencing frequent forgetfulness and feel like my memory has declined compared to before, so I went to the health center for a check-up and was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. However, hearing that mild cognitive impairment can develop into dementia later on makes me worried. Mild cognitive impairment seems to mean that my current cognitive ability and memory are somewhat diminished, but isn't that common as people age? I'm not sure how closely this is related to dementia.

주기적으로 병원 다니시면서 경과를 꼭 체크헤주시구요 
경도인지장애일 경우 잘 관리하시면 치매로 이어지는 확률을 줄일 수 있을거라고 생각됩니다

    검사받고 경도인지장애 진단 받으셨군요 저도 나이드니 자꾸 깜빡깜박해요 
치매로 발전될 수 있으니 더 걱정되시겠어요 저도 자꾸 이런 증상들이 생기니 나중에 치매올까 무섭더라구요ㅜ 스트레스가 제일 안좋으니 정기적으로 검진도 받으시고 적절한 운동도 해주시고 두뇌 활동에 도움되는 활동도 해주시면 좋을꺼 같아요

    보건소에서 경도인지장애 진단받으셨군요 신경과가서 상담받고 지연 시킬수 있는 약이 있으면 드시면 좋겠지요. 보건소 검사하고 왔다고 하면 될겁니다
