Lower abdominal fluttering, pregnancy fetal movement?

A feeling of fluttering in the lower abdomen or a tapping sensation on the side, a squeezing feeling, a trembling sensation throughout the entire abdomen, sometimes a continuous "tutu-tuk" and fluttering feeling occurs.
The internal medicine department diagnosed it as irritable bowel syndrome, and since receiving medication, I haven't experienced much bloating lately.
Is fetal movement during pregnancy different from regular movement?
