What could it be if a bone protrudes and hurts under the little toe?

A photo taken to see better under the fluorescent light.
That part hasn't been like that for a long time; at some point, the area just below my little toe started protruding more and more.
It felt like something was protruding firmly, but lately the symptoms have been getting worse and worse.
After walking, that area becomes red, swollen, and when pressed hard, it throbs and hurts.
Every time my shoes touch, I feel a刺激, so I even tried wearing shoes with a wider toe box, but there was no particular change, and the pain remains the same.
Especially after walking for a long time, like ten thousand or fifteen thousand steps, and immediately after taking off my shoes, my feet are swollen and red, as shown in the picture. After a while, the redness in the skin subsides, but it still hurts when pressed.
At first, I thought it might be hallux valgus, but when I looked it up, I found that hallux valgus involves a bump on the bone of the big toe. So, it seems a bit different from my symptoms...
Or could it be that I've recently gained a little weight and am walking diligently, and it's just a simple pressure or pain caused by that?
I'm not exactly sure what the condition is.

Please advise if it's okay to go to the hospital for something like this or if it can be improved through lifestyle changes. If anyone has experienced similar symptoms, I would appreciate your advice...
