(Question) My eye is uncomfortable due to a foreign object in it. What should I do?

Walking along the riverbank, the sunlight is warm.
The wind blew, and dust started to fly.
It seems like it got into my eye again.
Suddenly, I feel like there's a foreign object in my right eye.
My eyes felt uncomfortable, and they hurt even when I closed or opened them.
I can't even see a mirror outside.
I can't even touch it with my hand.
After a while, I came home and washed my hands with saline solution.
After rinsing my eyes several times
It's a bit better now.
Maybe it's because I couldn't respond immediately when foreign substances entered.
The discomfort continues to remain.
Will I be okay if I rest a little?
What should I do if it continues to get worse?
What are the quick first aid methods when a foreign object gets into the eye?
