Question) Does fine dust cause trouble or have any effects?!

The temperature has risen recently, and fine dust is really intense ㅠ I felt so frustrated that I went out without wearing a mask these days, but a few pimples have appeared on my forehead and around my mouth ㅠ
I usually get pimples because I have acne-prone skin, and there are various causes, but I'm curious if fine dust also has a significant impact on breakouts. Wearing a mask also wipes off my makeup, so I'm worried.
