(Question) Why does my unsteady walk lean to one side?

Today afternoon, our company's Yoon Assistant!
I'm walking down the hallway ahead, but something feels a bit strange.
I kept swaying and leaning to the right, so I held onto the wall.
They seem to be having a hard time.
I ran to the staff and took them to the break room, but they felt dizzy.
They say their eyes are trembling.
I contacted 119 and went to the hospital.
Could it be that there is an issue with the vestibular nerve since I can't seem to maintain balance?
