The more actively you exercise, the more effective it is, and at least for middle-aged men, engaging in activities that burn over 200 calories a day—such as briskly walking 3.2 km—can reduce the risk of erectile dysfunction by half. Exercise is the safest, side-effect-free, and most effective natural "Viagra." Relying on tonics or aphrodisiacs without making strenuous efforts only makes men weaker.
