Question) Lately, my chest feels heavy and painful.

My period has been very irregular lately.
It used to be regular, but since mid-last year, my periods have become irregular.
It seems that I haven't had my period for about a month and a half to two months, and my breasts have been sore for 3 to 4 days.
Usually, my breasts hurt for about 1 to 2 days before my period, and then I get my period, but this time I haven't had my period and my breasts keep hurting.
I'm concerned. The symptoms are the same every time I have my period.
I'm about to go through menopause, so I feel different than usual and it's making me unnecessarily anxious.
