Is acupuncture effective for lower back pain?

Whenever I had back pain, I would quickly go to the orthopedic clinic for treatment, receive injections and medication, and undergo manual therapy.

However, following my mother's advice, if I experience acute inflammation again, I plan to try acupuncture at a Korean medicine clinic alongside the orthopedic hospital. Is there a Korean medicine clinic in Songpa that provides thorough and reliable treatment, even if it takes some time?

I had an acute inflammation episode, and after sleeping on the sofa last time and waking up, I went to the hospital again and again.
