It is said to be one of the autoimmune diseases.

Red spots like chili powder spreading from my calves to my thighs

I went to the dermatology clinic.

It's not a skin problem, but a type of vasculitis called purpura.

It is being repeated multiple times.

Red spots on the skin + swelling, headache, fever, and joint pain occurred together.

Whenever the number of diseases that have no special treatment and must be lived with for a lifetime increases

It's a bit confusing, but

I think my heart has become a bit easier to accept than before.

I already have two autoimmune diseases.

The need to manage diet and exercise well has increased even more^^
