When my health was already somewhat weak, I experienced severe tinnitus.
I keep hearing loud sounds of airplanes flying and one of my ears feels itchy.
Would cleaning out the earwax help? Not at all.
So I went to the neighborhood ENT clinic, and all they did was clean out my earwax thoroughly.
They say they don't know the specific cause and only prescribe medication.
I don't know the cause, so why are you taking medicine...
So I went to the university hospital with the medical opinion, and they just said it's stress-related.
Relax and accept that tinnitus doesn't go away; when you get used to it, there will be moments when you no longer notice it.
During the first few months, I was so overwhelmed by tinnitus that I thought I would die, but gradually I got better.
It's not that I don't feel it; I've just become so accustomed to it that I no longer notice.
Also, sometimes I feel like it has disappeared.
Generally, I haven't found anyone whose tinnitus has completely gone away.
Everyone just forgets and moves on to get used to it.
They say it can sound very loud when you're tired.
I guess I have also reached that state.
