As I am over 50, I sometimes find it difficult to hold my urine...ㅠㅠ

As I age past 50, I sometimes suddenly feel the urge to urinate.

It is difficult to hold urine to the point of discomfort.

However, strangely, if I grit my teeth and endure the moment when I feel the urge to urinate, I don't feel the need to urinate again...ㅠㅠ

The amount and intensity of urine are normal.

It is not difficult to urinate.

I usually drink 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day and frequently drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water.

Could there be a problem with my prostate?

Are there people like me who suddenly feel an extreme urge to urinate, but after holding it for 2 to 3 minutes, the urge disappears?

Am I the only one experiencing this?
