Lately, I've been searching for black beans because of hair loss.
I prefer foods that contain black beans, and I wonder if eating black beans might help me get better.
Black rice is also said to be good, but I think I'll just buy and eat all the black ingredients. Haha.
It's still young, but seeing my hair thinning makes me upset and lose confidence.
Has anyone experienced benefits from eating black beans?
I'm genuinely curious.
Oh, I saw on TV that they sometimes use black soybean water, and I'm wondering if I should really try it.
