How do you prevent hair loss?

Are you doing anything to prevent hair loss?

As I get older, I truly realize what "hair color" means.

I feel sorry when I see my bald parents with their heads shaved.

Someday, I will too.

I need to try to come slower and come less.

I always dry my hair. If you wash your hair and let it air dry damp, bacteria can grow.

So I always make sure to dry my hair thoroughly with a blow dryer.

Minimize coloring and perming as much as possible

Do you have any tips or know-how?
