Female crown hair loss

I took a photo recently and noticed my crown area is thinningㅠ

My crown is particularly bald compared to other places.

I'm only 30 years old, but I'm already worried about thisㅠ

Perhaps it was caused by an extreme diet in the past...

Should I go to a specialized hair loss clinic?
