Is hair loss shampoo effective?

I usually shed a lot, especially every time I wash my hair, and since about two years ago, I have been using anti-hair loss shampoo.

I'm using it, but well~~ I'm not really sure.

Do you have any hair loss shampoos that you have seen effective?
