Lately, especiallyㅠㅠ

My hair is thin and I lose a lot of hairㅠㅠ

Once I wash my hair and look at the bathroom floor, I do it occasionally.

I'm surprised.

I use various types of shampoos that are good for hair loss.

It seems to be ineffective.

I want to go to the hospital once and get a check-up.

I don't even know where I should go.

Does hair loss worsen during menopause, and does stress increase as well?

Black beans are good for hair loss, so I made soy milk or side dishes with them.

I eat it, but I just can't seem to do it consistently.

What are some good methods for hair loss?

    두피에 주는 비타민 있어요! 효과 직빵입니다. 
    근데 영구적이지는 않더라구요~ 그래서 이제는 그냥 생긴대로 살려구요 ㅎㅎ
