I'm worried because my hair is gradually thinning. Is there any way to fix this?

Until my early to mid-50s, I had quite a lot of hair, so I used to have many hair accessories like large hair clips.

They disposed of everything last year.

I only have about 30% of my hair remaining, so I can't use it anymore.

My face is also becoming quite unappealing.

It seems to have worsened since I started dyeing my hair in my late 50s.

I am currently using shampoos that are said to be good for hair growth, but they don't make a noticeable difference, so I feel upset every time I look at my hair.

Is there anyone who has experience or knows good methods?
