Hair Transplant

A few acquaintances around me have undergone hair transplants with great determination... but they say their transplanted hair keeps falling out, wondering if it's due to poor maintenance or if it's just the way it is.

I made the decision with difficulty, but it keeps falling out, so it's just strands and strands of hair... My scalp is also thinning.
