Is it okay to dry my hair with a hairdryer when I have hair loss?

With the change of seasons, I am experiencing symptoms of hair loss, and my hair is getting much thinner. Although it is a natural phenomenon with aging, seeing my hair falling out and my hairline looking so bare makes me feel serious when I look in the mirror. Is it okay to dry my hair with a hairdryer when I have hair loss? Please let me know whether cool air or lukewarm air is better. Using a fan takes too long. Please tell me the proper method.

탈모가 있어도 드라이기는 사용해도 괜찮아요. 미지근한 바람으로 두피부터 말려주시면 되는데 뜨거운 바람을 가까이서 쐬는 건 피해주면서 드라이기 방향도 계속 움직여가면서 말려주는 게 좋을 것 같아요.

탈모가 있다고 드라이기를 피할 필요는 없다고 해요. 젖은 두피를 오래 방치하지 않는 게 좋고, 수건으로 물기를 충분히 제거한 뒤 미지근한 바람으로 두피에서 조금 떨어져 말리는 방법이 무난해요. 뜨거운 바람을 한곳에 오래 쐬는 건 피하고, 마지막에 찬바람으로 마무리해주면 좋다고 해요.
