Hello. My hair has always been very thin and sparse, so I have faced many limitations in my hairstyles since I was young. Recently, the crown of my head seems to look even more bare, so I am becoming increasingly worried that I might be experiencing hair loss. Since my scalp is visible even when I tie my hair up or style it, it lowers my confidence, and I am self-conscious about how people look at me, so I end up wearing a hat every time I go out.

 

I've been searching online and found that many people are considering hair loss treatments like hair transplants or scalp injections. I'm also debating whether I should get the procedure, but it's hard to make a decision easily because I'm unsure about the cost, side effects, or how long the results last. Has anyone else considered hair loss treatments like me because their hair is thin and sparse? It would be really helpful if you could share your experiences with the procedure or any ways to manage it without treatment.
