Now that I've entered my 30s, my hair loss has gotten worse. How should I manage early-stage hair loss?
Hello, I'm writing this post because I'm curious how everyone is managing their hair loss!
I recently entered my 30s, and lately I’ve noticed my hair getting noticeably thinner, and the amount falling out when washing or drying it has increased significantly. I used to be frequently told that I had thick hair, so I didn't really pay much attention to it. However, now that the crown of my head and my parting line look a bit thinner than before, I’ve suddenly gotten scared and it keeps bothering me.
I'm wondering if it's too early to go to the hospital, but I'm also worried I'll regret it later if I neglect it, so I want to start doing something right now. I'm really curious to know what methods you seniors started with to manage or prevent hair loss in your early 30s!

Can I see some early results using only home care products like hair loss shampoos, scalp ampoules, or supplements? Please let me know if there are any products or ingredients you would recommend!

Would it be a good idea to visit a dermatology clinic or a scalp care center to get a diagnosis first?

If anyone has seen positive results from improving their diet or lifestyle habits, I would be really grateful if you could share your tips!
I want to take proper care of it before it's too late. If anyone with actual experience has any honest reviews or recommendations, please leave your warm advice in the comments! 🙏
