Hair loss treatment at a dermatology clinic What kinds of things are there? 😗

Lately, it seems like the hair on the crown of my head has thinned compared to before, so I am thinking of getting a hair loss consultation at a dermatology clinic.

I am curious whether dermatologists usually only prescribe hair loss medication, or if they also perform scalp examinations, injections, or laser treatments.

I looked it up and saw methods like scalp injections, mesotherapy, PRP, and low-level lasers in addition to medication. Are these treatments commonly performed at dermatology clinics? Haha. When I went to a scalp care shop before, they didn't do injections... but they did a lot of regular therapies!!

I am also curious about what tests are performed on the first visit and in what order treatment usually begins.

If anyone has received hair loss treatment at a dermatology clinic, please share your experience regarding what treatment you received, the effectiveness, and the cost! 🙏

처음엔 보통 약물치료로 시작합니다.
그 효과에 따라 다른 보조요법이 추천되더라구요.

피부과에서는 두피 정밀 검사 후 약물 처방과 주사 치료를 병행한다고 합니다~~~^^
두피 상태에 따라 메조테라피나 PRP, 저출력 레이저 치료도 함께 진행되는 경우가 많네요...^^

피부과 탈모 진료는 보통 문진, 두피 확대 검사·3D AFS 검사, 탈모 유형 판정, 필요 시 혈액검사, 약물치료와 보조치료 상담 순서로 진행되며, 약 처방만 하는 곳도 있지만 병원에 따라 메조테라피·PRP·저출력 레이저·두피 주사를 병행하기도 해요
첫 방문에서는 검사 결과를 바탕으로 약물치료를 먼저 할지, 주사나 레이저를 병행할지 본인에게 맞는 조합을 상담해요
