With the recent prolonged heatwave, my scalp has felt unusually hot. I'm not sure if that's the cause, but it feels like my hair, which was falling out little by little, is falling out even more. I've heard that excessive scalp heat can worsen hair loss, so I'm planning to buy a cooling mist or spray specifically for the scalp. For those who have used them, are they really effective for cooling down the scalp?
