Has anyone tried Pansidil for hair loss?

I have alopecia areata and plan to visit a hair loss specialist for treatment, but before that, I want to try taking Pansidil. Does it really work? For which types of hair loss is Pansidil effective? Among the different types of hair loss, which ones is Pansidil effective?
