Has anyone been to a scalp care shop?

My friend went to a scalp care place and said it was really good.
It feels like my hair is falling out more easily since I started growing it out.
I haven't visited a scalp care shop yet. Is it okay?
How long do I have to go for it to be effective? The price is a bit of a burden.
