Is there a connection between gray hair and hair loss?

Gray hairs started appearing one by one, and it seems like hair loss has started along with it.

Is it just a simple process of aging?

These days, I am most envious of people with thick hair.

But I think hair thickness and hair loss are largely influenced by genetics.
