Would clinic scalp care be effective for hair loss?

Maybe it's because I have oily skin, but my scalp tends to be messy.
My hair is thin and sparse, and it seems like I'm losing a lot of it, so I'm worried about hair loss.
I heard that it gets better if you receive scalp care at a clinic.
I heard that it cleans the scalp and causes much less hair loss.
I'm curious to know how effective it was for those of you who have received scalp care.
I am also curious how many sessions I need to receive.
