It has been over two months since I started eating black soybeans.

I also posted a message about my concerns regarding hair loss.

I am trying to develop good lifestyle habits.

One of them was eating black soybeans.

I was surprised that it was more expensive than I thought, but I'm eating it thinking of it as an investment.

After taking it for two months, I'm getting tired of it now, and I think it's even worse as it gets hotter.

On the one hand, I wonder if I'm eating well.

I wish my scalp had some good nutrition.

I'm thinking of trying to make it with soy milk soon.

It’s not easy to do anything consistently.

Because hair is precious.

    원물 먹는것이 좋긴 하겠지만요
    갈아서 미숫가루로나 두유 마시는것도 좋긴한데 탈모에 좋은진모르곘어요
