Is using a scalp care serum effective in preventing hair loss?

It looks like my scalp is visible near the part and the crown.

I didn't pay much attention to it before, but lately, I've noticed my scalp is slightly visible.

It seems like a lot of hair falls out after washing it, too.

I'm worried that this might be the start of hair loss, so I also change the position of my part every week to 10 days.
