If I have thick hair but only experience hair loss on the front and sides, will hair loss treatments be effective?
Hello. I am an office worker currently under extreme stress due to hair loss in my bangs. Uniquely enough, to others, my overall hair volume appears really thick. Even when I go to the hair salon, the stylist touches my hair and says, "You have so much hair," expressing envy.
If you actually lift up your bangs, you will think, "Ah, there isn't much hair on the bangs..."
Until now, I have managed to cover it up by wearing my bangs down, but after starting my professional life, I realized I couldn't live with just my bangs down forever. I want to confidently pull my hair back and try updos or pompadour styles, so I am considering treatment. However, after looking at reviews online, I noticed that many people undergo hair loss procedures, such as injections or lasers, mainly on the crown or the entire scalp.
I am wondering if hair loss treatments are effective even for those like me who are only concerned about their bangs, or hairline. Since it is the front area, I am not expecting my hair to become extremely thick; I would just be really happy if a lot of fine baby hairs grew in. I think my forehead would look much less sparse if the baby hairs grew in densely.
Also, given the nature of hair loss procedures, I understand that it cannot be completely painless, but is the pain generally more severe? I am also curious about the typical interval and duration of sessions required for fine hairs to grow and fill in the bald spots. Finally, regarding the cost of hair loss treatment, how much should I expect to pay when visiting a clinic? I would appreciate it if those who have already experienced this could share their honest advice and information!
