M-shaped hair loss

Since I am male, my hair splits when I grow my bangs... I have a slight M-shaped hair loss, but I wear a hairband, so it looks more noticeable... I can't help but let my hair down because of my personality... I'm wondering if I should get a hair transplant... I'm curious if women have a good success rate with hair transplants.
