Concern about crown hair loss

I can't tell if it's hair loss when I look at the bottom.

The top of the scalp and crown area look quite severe. People even ask why I have so little hair. If I had enough money, I would want to get a hair transplant. But until now, the cost of a hair transplant is quite high, right? Getting a hair transplant isn't permanent, and if not properly maintained, the hair could fall out.

I'm wondering if I should do it even if it costs a lot of money.
