Do I really have to use the hair loss ampoule like this?

Usually, when applying hair loss ampoules, people apply them after washing their hair and slightly drying it.

I'm doing that too, but strangely enough, I always forget.

Every time, I would think of it a little while after I had completely dried my hair.

I'm wondering, is it okay to use the hair loss ampoule after drying my hair completely?

How does everyone use it?
