Are there any hair dyes that aren't too harsh?

I have thin hair, and now I have gray hair.

I'm cutting only the top part with scissors.

But I'm worried that at some point even that method might reach its limit, so I'm thinking about dyeing my hair...

I'm a bit worried because I know that hair dye and perming solutions are harsh.

I've never dyed my hair before lol;;;

Whenever I see Rosé, I keep wondering if her hair is okay.

She keeps dyeing her hair blonde... It might be okay now, but will it be okay later...

It's not my hair, though... T_T

Ah, I used to pin my hopes on dye-control shampoos... but I heard they weren't very good, so all my hopes have vanished.
