This is how I manage genetic hair loss.

I have had little hair since I was young.

Both of my parents have no hair, so I think it's hereditary. Stress-related hair loss can often improve with stress management, but hereditary hair loss seems unavoidable. I've tried visiting scalp care salons and folk remedies (such as eating black beans and seaweed), but I haven't seen significant results. Currently, I am managing my hair by using a hair beam (scalp care device), Minoxidil-based products, biotin supplements, applying Rogaine foam to the problematic scalp area once a day, and visiting a scalp care salon once or twice every two weeks.
