(Worry) Concerned about circular hair loss on the crown of the head

There is no one in my family who is bald, but strangely, I am the only one. I didn't have this issue in my early to mid-20s, but at some point, my hair started to thin and my scalp became more visible. I should have taken care of it back then, but I didn't, so now the top of my head is quite noticeable. I am not even married yet, but I am worried that I might become completely bald in the future. Is there any treatment available?
