[Concern] When is the right time to start hair loss treatment?

Hello? I don't have an especially thick head of hair from birth, but I think I have an average amount of hair.

I'm still in my early 40s, and although my hair isn't falling out severely, I have noticed that my hair has become noticeably thinner this year.

In particular, the hair density around the crown is relatively thin in many cases, and as it goes downward, it still appears to be in relatively good condition.

When I think about it myself, I can't be certain that it's hair loss, and since I'm not confident, I'm also considering whether professional treatment is necessary.

For some reason, I feel uncomfortable with hormone medication, so if treatment is necessary, I would prioritize options like hair transplantation or scalp tattooing.

If I were to get a hair transplant, should I wait until the hair falls out a bit more before proceeding, or should I start active treatment now? Thank you.
